This place is incredible, a true gem on the river! We stayed at the Baithouse in February, and this place truly exceeded my expectations. We will come back for sure!!

Talk about welcoming this place is off the chain man right on the water clean no mosquitoes to speak of I never felt any of them so they sprayed regularly for that this is great got their own your own slip pull right up to the dock walk right in your place and the people that run the park or absolutely superb people very friendly very welcoming I'll go back there I would live there if I didn't have others to answer to

Absolutely wonderful place but they changed ownership this summer and cancelled our trip. Anyone know what is going on with the place?

Love coming here. Very quiet and comfortable. Great location. Owners very nice. Love the new fire pit and dock. Good fishing right from the dock.

We love this little getaway spot for a weekend! It's quiet, and beautiful location, friendly staff, and quaint. My family has stayed here twice and we definitely will keep coming back!

Really nice folks, cabin very clean. Great location on the water and quite. Good accommodations for launching (private ramp) and docking the boat. Will definitely do it again. The occasion was fishing trip with son.

Awesome place to stay, right on the water, boat ramp and very close to alot of good restaurants. Owners are cool people, it is very clean. Really cool place to stay, super relaxing!!

Cute cottages on the Homosassa River. Very clean and well maintained. The owners Ulee and Michelle are very nice, friendly and responsive. If you like soft mattresses, the one in the Bowhouse is right for you. A boat ramp and docks are available. Large fire pit ring and chairs for a nice evening. We can't wait to come back. We highly recommend this resort.

I can’t say enough positive things about our trip! From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their kindness and hospitality truly made the experience even more special. The cabin was absolutely gorgeous. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and you can tell they wanted guests to feel comfortable and pampered. Heated toilet seats? Yep! A huge spa-like shower with an oversized rain shower head? Absolutely. The beds were so comfortable that getting out of them every morning was a challenge. The private boat ramp and direct access to the Homosassa River were complete game changers. We visited during the Fourth of July weekend and opening week of scalloping season, so being able to walk out the front door, hop on our boat from the private dock, and head sstraight onto the water was incredibly convenient. After experiencing that, I honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else. As an added bonus, we had front-row seats to an incredible Fourth of July fireworks show right from our front porch. It was the perfect ending to each day. Thank you for creating such an unforgettable vacation. We can’t wait to come back!
